We all need to party, once in a whale…
We can't think of a better reason to celebrate than the annual whale migration along NSW's coastline. Want to join in the fun? Here's a rundown of the whale related festivals and parties happening this whale watching season.
Eden Whale Festival
Eden, South Coast – Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 November 2013
Join the locals of Eden as they celebrate the whale migration at the annual Eden Whale Festival. For one weekend each year, the rich maritime and whaling history of this port becomes the centerpiece for a weekend that brings together all things whale. There's a spectacular street parade, vibrant markets showcasing and selling the work of local artisans, great local food and wine, educational marine displays and presentations, quality children's entertainment, live music and more.
