Cape Banks Aquatic Reserve

From the red Endeavour Light and stretching around Cape Banks and into the Botany Bay National Park, the Cape Banks Aquatic Reserve at La Perouse has been Australia's most prominent site for marine research since the 1960s.

Within the reserve, all five major habitat types can be found including platforms, crevices, rock pools, boulders and cobbles – you’ll never quite know what you may spot on a walk around the diverse headland!
